Why should you consider a career in housing?
Housing is a great industry to get stuck into, with a wide range of careers available. Some of which, you might not even have considered to be in housing such as development, community investment and graphic design!
It is a strong place for people to start or grow their careers as there is always opportunities to progress and find what you like. It can be a hugely rewarding career, while still having lots of incentives and benefits for you as an individual. And you’ll always be surrounded by like-minded, friendly and hardworking people. The skills you learn are irreplaceable too and entirely transferable if you decide housing isn’t for you.

You are providing affordable housing and future-proof homes, building thriving communities and supporting vulnerable customers to remain safe.
