In November 2021, we carried out our annual customer perception survey, collecting responses from 1300 customers.
We were disappointed to see our overall satisfaction level has dropped significantly, and so we have put together an action plan to address this and regain your trust in us. As part of this, we have made three pledges to our customers to address the issues highlighted by our annual perception survey.
