About My Silva

My Silva is an online portal that helps our customers manage their homes with ease. This includes booking repairs, making payments, updating contact details and more. My Silva is available at all times of day and night and can be accessed from a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

Who can use My Silva?

You can use My Silva if you are one of our:

  • rent customers,
  • leasehold customers.

We are working on changes to My Silva that will enable more of our customers to access it.

How to create a My Silva account

To create a My Silva account, you just need your payment reference number.  This number can be found on any rent or service charge letter from us.
