We are open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm. We are closed at the weekend and on bank holidays.

On Thursdays between 10am and 11am our phone lines are emergency-only.
If you choose to send us an email, please include your address and what you need help with, in the subject header. This means we can quickly get you the right help.

Temporary office closure
We’re refurbishing the Silva office at Western Peninsula. To manage this safely, we will be closing the office between 6 December – 10 December 2021. This means we will not be accepting face-to-face meetings at the office during this time.
Our customer hub will remain open with staff working from home to answer your calls and emails. If you need to get in touch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01344 382 800. You can continue to raise repairs via your MySilva account.
Our office will reopen at 9am on Monday 13 December.
Our repairs service has reopened
Most repairs are now available as usual, although in some cases there may be a longer waiting time for appointments.
Our phone lines are emergency-only from 10am to 11am on Thursdays
Our customer hub team has essential training from 10am to 11am on Thursdays. During this hour, please only call us on 01344 382 800 if you need urgent support. Our phone lines will reopen for general enquiries and requests at 11am. Thank you for your understanding.
