Assistant Independent Living Scheme Manager
Fixed-Term (6 Months)
Responsible to: Independent Living Scheme Manager
Responsible for: no direct reports
Salary: £27,120 per annum
Working Hours: Part-Time (30 hours) working on a team rota
This role works with our customers over the age of 55 in our independent living schemes. You will be ensuring the service delivery supports our customers to live as independently as possible and you will support and deputise for the independent living scheme manager.
You will carry out daily checks, handovers and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure our customers are safe and supported, amongst other responsibilites. Please read the info pack to find out more.

Customer Relations Manager (Resolution)
Responsible to: Lead Customer Relations Partner
Responsible for: Customer relations partners (resolution) x5 and Resolution Administrator x1
Salary: £44,108.95 per annum
Ensure that we follow our complaints process correctly, analyse the trends and pattern of complaints we receive, ensure that we understand and reshape services in response to lessons learned from complaints and customer contact data and work with other directorates to help them focus on the customer experience.
