Multi-skilled Tradesperson (Heating & Plumbing)
Responsible to: Gas and Plumbing Team Manager
Responsible for: none
Salary: £35,897.40 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours a week)
Carry out all types of heating & plumbing trade work to a high-quality servicing & repairs service for Silva-occupied properties. You will need to have the ability to undertake a range of work from, repairing taps to replacing baths, hot water cylinders, and cold-water storage cisterns.

Assistant Manager (Voids)
Responsible to: Void Team Manager
Responsible for: no direct reports
Salary: £39,442 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week)
You will be assisting the void manager in co-ordinating the repairs process from notification of tenancy end dates through to handover to the customer relations team of void properties.
Ensuring that all health and safety and contractual obligations are adhered to within target timescales and budgets.

Salary: £28,500 - £31,421 depending on experience
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 Months)
Support the administration of various workstreams, running programme information, raising orders and issuing works, tracking progress and working with stakeholders to meet deadlines and update the relevant systems.
