If you would like to carry out any improvements to your home, including internal alterations and refurbishments, you will need to fill out our agreement form first. This agreement outlines what we can expect from each other during the process.

Declaration

I/ We understand that the following conditions will apply:

1) No work will be carried out until I / We have received written confirmation of covenant release from the Association.

2) No work will be carried out until I / We have contacted Bracknell Forest Council’s Planning Team and obtained any planning consents and building regulation approvals required or confirmed in writing that consent and /or approvals are not necessary.

3) The work will be carried out by a competent tradesperson to the complete satisfaction of the Association with the appropriate level of insurance.

4) The work will be carried out at no cost to the Association. You will be liable for any damage to other properties as a result of these works.

If your proposed works are to build an extension (single or double-storey), the fee is £200.00.

For all other proposed works, the fee is £110.00.
