What is ReMOTE?
ReMOTE is a free mobile app you can use to report any community safety concerns directly to the Silva Homes tenancy team:

You can use ReMOTE to send us text, photos, audio recordings and video footage, which will help us to resolve any issues quickly and thoroughly.
How to get ReMOTE
- Download the ‘ReMOTE Reporting App’ onto your phone
- Click ‘Setup’ in the top right corner of your screen
- Scan the QR code on this page
- Create your account and start reporting
