Silva Homes takes ownership of new homes at Hartland Village
On 12 May 2022 representatives gathered from Silva Homes, Berkeley Homes and Hart District Council to celebrate the completion of phase one at Hartland Village, a new development of homes near Fleet.
The new homes are the result of a partnership between Berkeley Homes and Silva Homes, it has delivered a beautiful development with high aspirations to become the best new village in the country.
At Hartland Village, shared ownership and affordable rent properties are pepper-potted around a large site. When the village is completed there will be 1500 new homes, a new primary school, a village centre, a 70-acre country park and 26-acres of green space, to be enjoyed by the whole community.
During phase one of the development, Silva Homes has taken ownership of 24 affordable rent and 12 shared ownership properties, which vary from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom houses in this stunning development.
