A manual payment is where you call us to pay for something like your rent, a rechargeable repair or a service charge invoice and give us your card details to make the payment.
From 31 March we are moving away from manual payments. This will ensure our payment service is as secure as possible and fully complies with financial regulations.
Please don’t worry, there are plenty of other ways you can easily make a payment to us:
1. Set up a Direct Debit
A Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to keep on top of regular payments, such as your rent. A Direct Debit gives you the peace of mind that you’ll never miss a payment and are much more secure than manual payments.
2. Use allpay
Allpay Payments is a secure platform that lets you authorise and process payments securely.
To make a payment using allpay, call them on 0844 5578321 (please note you will need your 12-digit allpay card number) to process the payment. Please be aware that calls to this number are charged at 7p per minute on top of your service providers charges.

3. Use our online payment form
We also have a simple online payment form on our website here.
4. Visit your local post office/pay machine
You can use any newsagent, payment machine and post office that displays this logo to make a payment.
You just need to bring your allpay card and your payment card along with you.
5. Using your Mysilva Account
You can also make a payment via your MySilva account. Simply log on and make a payment by entering your bank card details.
