Direct Debit is the most convenient and reliable method of payment and is used by many customers already, giving them peace of mind that their payment has been made. It is also the cheapest method we have of collecting rent, allowing us to spend more of your rent payment on the provision of housing services. Payments are taken from your bank or building society account on an agreed date and are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. You can pay your rent by text message from your mobile telephone. To use this service you need to register first. It's simple to register - you just need the credit/debit card and your Housing Payment card details, and you can do it by clicking here (step-by-step instructions are also available at this link). You will get a text password for each credit/debit card you wish to use. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation text message and then you can text from anywhere you want. This service is secure, flexible and convenient. Payment will show on your rent account within 24 working hours.
