Our grounds maintenance team
looks after our communal green areas
Cars affected by our grass-cutting service
Despite our grounds maintenance team doing everything they can, cars can still become dirty after the grass is cut near their parking spot and this is not something that is easily changed.
Unfortunately, knocking on each customer’s door and requesting they move their cars before the team begins their work would significantly impact our grounds maintenance schedule, potentially increase inconvenience to customers and create other issues.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
About our grounds maintenance service
We provide cleaning and grounds maintenance services for lots of properties, including our independent living schemes, some large blocks of flats and some properties where we also own the surrounding green spaces.
Wild areas
We are going to plant several wild areas in and around Bracknell this year to help improve the environment we operate in and increase biodiversity.
While they are called wild areas, we will maintain them to ensure they are neat and to manage the pathways through them. This also allows the plants we cut to decompose and provide the seeds and nutrients that keep the ecosystem healthy.
Please note that these wild areas will be a bit different to the wildflower meadow we planted late last year.

External communal spaces
We are responsible for managing and maintaining a large number of external communal spaces located near to our customers’ homes.
We want to ensure that our external communal spaces are healthy, safe and pleasant places.
