Jealott's Hill Community Landshare

Jealott’s Hill uses the power of gardening to positively change the lives of people, share produce and to enjoy practical horticulture.

Jealott’s Hill is a six acre plot of land that has for the last two years been developed from waste land to a now flourishing busy horticultural site. Volunteers are always welcome to help with general tasks at the site and to help grow produce

This project gives local resident groups a unique opportunity to work and support each other on horticultural activities.

The community landshare is between Maidenhead and Bracknell at Jealott’s Hill. The Wellers Lane site is best accessed off the A330. The entrance is the first gateway on the right across the junction where Wellers Lane and Penfurzen Lane meet. Bus route 53 runs near the site, getting off at Hawthorn Hill and walking down Penfurzen Lane.  Transport can be arranged to attend community projects on the site.
