Digital devices (all job ranges)
All colleagues are provided with digital devices appropriate for their roles. Reasonable personal use allowed.
Visual display unit users
A statutory requirement for VDU users to have regular eye tests. Silva contributes £19.99 for eye tests and £55 for glasses.

Flu Immunisation
Flu immunisation is available for all colleagues.

Dependent on the type of role, these include
